Because each item is handmade with care, please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping. Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details (available for parcels such as Life Binders) so you can follow its journey.

Delivery within Canada and the United States typically takes 3–10 business days with standard shipping, or 2–7 business days with expedited shipping.

For international shipping, Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply, and these are the buyer’s responsibility. Since these charges are determined by your country’s customs office, we unfortunately can’t control or predict them.
