Can I get a refund/exchange the products?

We accept returns/exchange for defective items only, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (when you receive the product). To start a return, please email us with your name, order number, and clear photos or videos of the defective item(s) to iamhopelessdreaming@gmail.com. Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the return process with the next steps.
