Because each item is handmade with care, please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping. Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details (available for parcels such as Life Binders) so you can follow its journey.
How long does it take to receive orders?
Delivery within Canada and the United States typically takes 3–10 business days with standard shipping,
or 2–7 business days for expedited parcel.
Do I need to pay international duties or taxes?
For international shipping, Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply, and these are the buyer’s responsibility. Since these charges are determined by your country’s customs office, we unfortunately can’t control or predict them. Thank you for your understanding and support—it means a lot to us as a small handmade brand.
